Explore the utility of MoCA in the US-residing Chinese-speaking population

   Proposal Description:
   1.      Explore the optimal cutoff scores to detect MCI and AD in US-residing Chinese-speaking individuals using ROC analysis and compare the results to those in other racial/ethnic groups, including non-overseas-residing Chinese.     2.      Explore if the MoCA subtests maintain the proposed structure in the Chinese-speaking population using principle component analysis.                  3.      Explore if MoCA total score and/or subtest scores are predictive of disease progression (i.e., new onset of MCI/AD and MCI converting to AD)
